T&W Letter

Over the next few days this letter, from T&W, should be going out to everyone who wrote in to T&W opposing the Sainsbury’s plan TWC/2011/0916. It reiterates what was said in our post yesterday. They are required to send it by law.

The above planning application has been ‘called-in’ by the Secretary of State who will now make a decision on the application.

 

An inquiry is to be held, details of the time and place together with a programme will be sent once it has been arranged. There is guidance available on the Planning Portal’s website at www.planningportal.gov.uk.

 

Copies of any comments already made following the original application, unless they are confidential, will be forwarded to The Planning Inspectorate and will be taken into account by the Inspector when making a decision. Should you wish to make further comments (please enclose 3 copies), withdraw or modify your earlier comments in any way, or to request a copy of the decision letter, need to be sent to The Planning Inspectorate, 4/02 Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN quoting the reference APP/C3240/V/12/2178683. It will be helpful to receive representations by 17/08/2012.
