Planning Permissions reach highest level since 2008

We may have some news this week on the fact that it appears the Government have not taken the necessary action to make permanent the ability of developers to reduce the affordable homes element in previously approved applications e.g. as St. Modwen have done on applications in the south of Newport.

Secretary of State Greg Clarke is due to make a statement in the House of Commons on Tuesday 3rd May 2016, on this and other issues the House of Lords have raised on the Housing Bill.
